WHAT IS RISC?
Relocation Insurance Service, L.P. (RISC) is an independent
insurance agency organized to serve only the relocation industry and large real estate agencies. RISC is a member of the Employees Relocation Council (ERC).
RISC provides superior service, competitive pricing, and the
broadest possible insurance coverage on relocation inventory properties and individually
owned dwellings exclusively listed with their real estate broker clients.

- About Harvey A. Lewis CPCU
- Harvey A. Lewis, RISC's founder and Managing Partner, holds the
designation of Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter, and has been an independent insurance
agent for over forty five years. He began his business career in 1957 in residential real estate sales.
Mr. Lewis has specialized in the relocation and real estate industries for
the past thirty two years. This combination
of experience enabled him to design insurance policies and procedures to specifically meet
the needs of the real estate and relocation industries.
